While we are not actively hiring at the moment, that doesn't mean your skills are not of interest to us. Therefore, we'd like to briefly describe how things work at our company.

Our colleagues work with modern programming languages like C#, but they’re not afraid to dive into older technologies such as C or Delphi either. For us, programming isn’t about a specific language — it’s about a way of thinking. Some team members are drawn to hardware-related tasks, so during work hours they might reach for a multimeter or logic analyzer, while others keep up with the latest trends in web technologies.

What all of them have in common is that they don’t focus solely on their specialization — they always maintain a general understanding of what the entire project involves. This allows them to contribute their own ideas and insights. Our developers aren't overly sensitive and don’t keep their knowledge to themselves — consulting with colleagues and doing code reviews are a natural part of the process that leads to better results. They're also not shy, and they can communicate effectively with our clients — in both Czech and English.

When even advice from colleagues doesn't help, you can relax with a game of ping-pong or table football, or take a break with a coffee and some snacks in the kitchen.
